Courses

The REIQ provides comprehensive training in sales, leasing and property management for commercial real estate. Courses are designed to deliver information specifically suited to each of these sectors.

The content of courses varies depending on market location, economic considerations, and the preferences and priorities of students and clients. Topics are chosen to improve the existing knowledge of each group and to reflect current market conditions.

All courses are delivered in two-hour modules, with a total of three modules in one day:

• 8.30 am to 10.30 am

• 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

• 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Students can choose just one module or complete all three if time permits.

Inclusions

All students receive a training manual. There is no assessment for the commercial and industrial courses, as they do not form part of any accredited training package or curriculum.

Fees

• $75 per 2 hour module for members (inc GST)

• $90 per 2 hour module for non-members (inc GST)
