If you want to get more leasing business underway, the best and probably the only way to do it with great levels of success is to talk to plenty of business owners.  You can do that across your location and in your business zone.

What do you do with that?  You ask the business owner whether they have any pressures relating to their business and its function in the location.  For example:

  • Have they got enough space to grow their business?
  • When does their lease expire?
  • Do they need another location?
  • Have they heard of any property pressures and changes in the location?

From these questions, you can get plenty of information to work with when it comes to leasing properties in your location.
