When you have a property presentation to make in sales or leasing, use these ideas to build a story and show some real relevance to the client. Show the client that you are the right choice of agent to solve their challenge in property.  Use charts, templates, market information, and testimonials to support your case.

One thing to remember here is that the presentation that you make is about the property, the market, and the client's situation.  It is not about you, your skills, and your track record.  Those things should be proven in what you say and do about the client's property challenge.

You frequently have to present and pitch for the listings that you require and the 'generic' approach no longer works; the clients of the property market have plenty of choices when it comes to agents and brokers.  Commonly you will be presenting against other agents in your local area and they will all be offering some variation of enticement to the client to attract and attempt to convert the listing.
