Determine the state of the real estate market given the current building projects, future land supply, market requirements, and effective enquiry to see how it is progressing.

The property market will be fragmented, with pockets of activity and zones of dominant property churn. Identify what it is that makes some areas of the city, high rises, or districts more popular than others, and then make contact with the right people who own or participate in property occupancy or investment.
