  1. Strengths at a personal level can be found and developed.  What are your strengths now and what other strengths do you need? Ensure that you have those questions under control.
  2. Top Agent Skills can be seen locally.  Know what works for people and replicate the best agent skills back into your real estate business.  Habits take time to develop so be prepared to do that in a comprehensive way.
  3. Core Skills for your business will be prospecting, presenting, listing, marketing, inspecting, and negotiating.  Those are the skills to optimize.  They are the most important things to work on.
  4. Test and measure yourself at all times.  The main things can be benchmarked and improved on.  Your property market superiority will be developed by gradual improvement.  How will you do that?  Watch your numbers and work them in such a way that they improve.  They are the numbers of importance.
