Commercial real estate agents would be well advised to build their databases quickly and aggressively, as well as to develop a shortlist of high-value ‘VIP clients' who they can refer to.

That way, you can create a contact process for general prospects while also providing special service and contact frequency for VIP customers.

It is recommended that you dedicate 5 per cent to 10 per cent of your client database to these "high-value clients."
