Each broker and agent in a commercial real estate brokerage firm needs ongoing education and training so that they may provide the best service possible to their clients.  It's a given that everyone on the team will have their own unique style of dealing with the job, the clients, and the listings.  Everyone has their own set of advantages and disadvantages.

Through my experience educating and mentoring brokers, I've seen a handful of fundamentals that seem to me to be more crucial than others in the business of commercial real estate.   The following is a summary of the most significant classes and subjects I have encountered in my profession.
