This strategy to find new listings is uncomplicated and manageable.  If you are working as an agent in commercial real estate, and you are looking for some more new listings or clients, give this idea some focus. 

It's not 'rocket science' but it does work, especially if you establish a client contact system around the concept.  This awareness of a channel of opportunity in your real estate location is worth exploring.
