A telephone is an essential tool for any commercial real estate brokerage. What gives? Connecting with the locals and setting up call contact systems is simple. The opportunities are many for real estate agents.

So, you will ask, how do I do this please? Unfortunately, most agents and brokers don't devote enough time and/or the right tactics to the call process, leading to internal struggles and erratic brokerage sales and leasing. That's terrible news, for sure. With some "focus," the problem can be resolved.
