It's common knowledge that many salespeople have trouble making cold calls and doing telephone prospecting. They are the first to declare that cold calling is no longer necessary. The opposite is true in all other aspects of existence. This is the reason why.

Possibilities in the real estate market can be found in the conversations one has with those who are merely "interested" in the market. So, the next logical question is, "How can you make a lot more talk happen every day?" Using a phone is the most obvious choice. Make a plan and stick to it for how you'll communicate, and then do it.

Create listing opportunities and networking connections by having professional phone conversations with new people in commercial real estate. This method of prospecting outperforms all others.
