Today's podcast is all about how agents and brokers can ask more of the right questions to get closer to the opportunity of listing. Real estate is a process and communications, particularly questions, are a part of creating new business.

If you are involved in commercial real estate, having the capacity to ask the owner of the property leading questions will produce a significant amount more revenue for you. To put it another way, the more you explore verbally, the more information you will receive.

In the world of brokerage, listing desperation is not a necessary tactic; all that is required of agents are questions that are effectively phrased and asked. The new clients that you are looking for will eventually appear. The vast majority of real estate agents and brokers do not ask an adequate number of questions, nor do they maintain a well-organized system for the replies.  Check out more articles on that here.
