There are a few common problems with commercial real estate new business prospecting.  Some four or five problems are common across in all locations.  A lot of agents and brokers struggle with these things.

What we have done here is to talk about those problems and give you the best ways to work through them.

Prospecting can be hard work for some and it requires diligence, dedication and imagination; its a personal thing and very explict.  Don't look for simple answers or magic formulas, but there are a few systems that can be put into play and you can make your choices here.
