There are plenty of new tools and initiatives online and offline to get the message out regards your high-quality listings and your property opportunities.  Most of the property enquiry that you get today will come from the Internet and all your direct marketing initiatives. Each day, ensure that you are connecting with new people through the telephone, local area canvassing, and meetings. that is a direct marketing process that all brokers and agents should initiate. 

 

On a daily basis, ensure that you are talking to new people and promoting your listings comprehensively and locally to target audiences. Use your current listings as opportunities for conversations. 

 

Today you can do more with less when it comes to commercial real estate marketing and attracting the right target audience to your listings.
