There are certain things that you can do with your time to focus on your quality listings.  It is a formula to use with your listing stock and this podcast explains how you can do that.

When you list a commercial property today on an exclusive basis, you really do need to focus your efforts from the point of listing onwards so that you can achieve the best results for the client and for yourself. 

Don’t waste time during the campaigns for your listings, do more, and make sure that you optimise your efforts of promotion from the very start.   Don't just list a property and hope that things will happen when you publicise the property.  Do specific things with your properties as part of converting and negotiating.  Get involved in the marketing campaigns.  This podcast will tell you how to do that.

Know what has to be done with every exclusive listing when it comes to pulling in the target market and listing enquiry. 

Ask for the money for promotion.  Ensure that the client has given you sufficient vendor paid marketing funds to achieve that level of promotional momentum.
