It is fairly common for commercial real estate agents to have fluctuations in their workflow during the course of the year.  You don't need nor should you have a slump in your real estate business. Strategies will take you on into results over time.

What is the plan for you? Resolution is reached when agents refocus on the acquisition of customers and market share.  Simplicity can help with that. 

Don't complicate your real estate business; there is no need.  Sure you should be doing things every day to drive your real estate business forward, but the formula for that always comes back to simplicity.  Control your time and your activities to a simple plan, and the slump in business will go away.

What causes a ‘downturn' in business? Everything always comes back to the amount and quality of listings an agent has. Properly promoted listings tend to sell or lease most of the time.
